I agree to pay HorseMAREship, LLC the recurring fees as chosen above. I agree that HorseMAREship, LLC will have continuous authority to charge my credit or debit card with the amount above at the intervals stated effective immediately upon receipt of this form. I understand that I am agreeing to pay for a TEAM Membership for one year when purchasing the Annual TEAM Membership. If I have subscribed for the monthly TEAM Membership I understand that I can cancel at any time, no questions asked, but will not be refunded any unused portion of my monthly fee.  If after one year I decide to decline my annual paid membership status, I will contact the HorseMAREship, LLC office by email Info@HolisticHorseAcademy.com or by phone 888.406.7689, to cancel within 14 days after the renewal date and owe nothing. If I do not cancel within that time frame, I agree to be a member for another year until the membership renews.
